Common questions
No. LumenTV is a standalone app for Apple TV. However, if you also use Lumen on iOS, the two apps share server configuration via iCloud and support Handoff for seamless switching between devices.
LumenTV supports Frigate 0.13 and later. It connects to Frigate's HTTP API and MJPEG streams, which are available in all recent versions.
LumenTV is free to download with core features available at no cost. A Pro Lifetime unlock is available as a one-time in-app purchase to access all premium features.
LumenTV connects directly to your Frigate server. For remote access, you need to expose your Frigate instance via a VPN (such as Tailscale or WireGuard). LumenTV does not provide its own cloud relay.
